Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Talkify subscription at any time by accessing your account dashboard or emailing our billing team at info@talkify.com

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

After cancellation, your account will remain active for the remainder of the current paid period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Talkify does not offer refunds for partially used subscriptions, user inactivity, or change of mind after a purchase is made.

Refunds may only be granted in the following specific cases:

  • Accidental duplicate payment
  • Confirmed billing error by our system
  • Service disruption lasting more than 72 hours with no resolution

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date. All valid refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Trial Policy

If you are using a free trial, you will not be billed unless the trial period ends and you continue using the product. Once billing starts, our refund terms apply.
