Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

No trial — a free plan instead, and it does not expire. The Free plan has no phone system: no extensions, no softphone, no IVR. What it does have is broadcasting, contacts, TTS and survey calls, and the Interactive Calls API. To place a call you buy a number (৳1,000) and top up call credit, so there is nothing to cancel and no date to remember. The paid plans are where the cloud PBX starts, and those go live once the first invoice is settled.

Because a number is not free for us either — it comes out of a range we pay a carrier for, and one sitting unused is one a paying customer cannot have. On the paid plans a number is included in what you pay each month; on the Free plan you buy the same number outright for ৳1,000 and it is yours while the account is in use. You are not restricted to a cheaper pool — every number a paid plan can have, you can have. Numbers that carry their own price, like the VIP and golden ranges, cost the same on every plan.

If nobody signs in, calls, or tops up for 180 days, we email you at 150 days and again a week before the deadline. If the account is still silent at 180 days, it is suspended and any numbers go back on the marketplace. Nothing is deleted — your contacts, call history and campaigns are all kept, and one sign-in at any point resets the clock. This applies to accounts nobody is paying for; a plan you are paying for monthly is never treated as dormant.

Existing extensions keep working; you cannot create new ones until you add capacity. Extra agents beyond your plan are ৳500 per agent per month and appear on your next invoice, so you can grow without changing plan.

Your invoice is due seven days after it is issued. After that you get a reminder each day for a week, and if it is still unpaid calling is switched off. Nothing is deleted — your extensions, numbers, recordings and settings stay exactly as they are, and service resumes as soon as payment is confirmed.
