Enterprise-GradeCloud Telephony
Everything you need to run a professional phone system — extensions, ring groups, IVR menus, call queues, and DID management — all in the cloud. Zero hardware required.
The whole phone system, in one screen
Extensions, queues, numbers and live call traffic — no separate consoles, no desk software to install.

What you are actually replacing
A PBX used to be a box on a wall. Lines came into it, extensions came out of it, and changing anything meant somebody with a screwdriver. Talkify is the same job with the box removed.
Extensions are software, not sockets
An extension is a row in your dashboard. Give it to a desk phone over SIP, to a laptop through the browser softphone, or to both at once — the person keeps the same number either way. Adding someone who starts on Sunday takes about a minute and no site visit, and when they leave you switch the extension off rather than unplugging anything.
Routing is a decision, not a rewiring job
Numbers point at whatever should answer them: a queue, a ring group, an IVR menu, one extension, or an AI agent. Queues distribute five ways — round robin, longest idle, fewest calls, random, or ring everyone — and ring groups four. Changing your mind is a dropdown, and it takes effect on the next call rather than the next maintenance window.
Recording, and how long it is kept
Every plan records calls. What differs is retention: seven days on Starter, thirty on Growth, ninety on Professional. Recordings are searchable by number and date, play in the browser without downloading, and can be exported. Storage is 10, 25 and 100 GB by plan, with more available if you need it.
What it costs to be wrong about size
Very little. Plans are monthly and you can move between them, so buying Starter and finding you needed Growth costs you one month, not a contract. Concurrent calls — two, five and fifteen by plan — are usually the limit people hit first, not extension count: a ten-person team rarely has ten conversations at once.
Traditional PBX is Broken
Expensive Hardware
Traditional PBX requires massive upfront investment in proprietary hardware and ongoing vendor maintenance contracts.
No Remote Access
Employees are tied to physical desk phones. No way to take calls from home, the road, or branch offices.
Cannot Scale
Adding new extensions or locations requires new hardware procurement, rack space, and complex configuration.

Technical Specifications
Before you switch
Do we have to change our phone numbers?
No. You can point an existing number at Talkify, or take a new Bangladeshi number from inside the platform — every plan includes one. Most businesses keep the number customers already know and add new ones for specific desks or campaigns.
What happens if our internet goes down?
Browser and desk phones need a connection to place calls, so an office outage stops calling from that office. Inbound calls do not vanish: route the number to a mobile, a queue with staff elsewhere, or voicemail, and the fallback applies automatically. This is the honest trade for having no box on the wall.
Can we keep our existing PBX and use Talkify alongside it?
Yes. Bring your own SIP trunk and point some numbers at Talkify while the old system keeps the rest. Several customers move desk by desk rather than all at once.
How many people can be on it?
Thirty extensions on Professional, and Enterprise is sized to what you need — including running on your own servers. If you are past thirty desks the conversation is usually about concurrent calls and trunk capacity rather than seat count.
Is it built for Bangladesh or adapted for it?
Built for it. Billing is in BDT through bKash, Nagad or card, numbers are issued in-platform with BTRC-compliant KYC, and the AI voice agents speak Bangla rather than translating into it.
